The logo I designed for the social media profiles
I have been the social media coordinator at The Tavern on South Shore since beginning of September this year. I focus on targeting all the locals and tourists to come to the Tavern! I am in charge of doing promotions, events, and all the social media. I photograph all of my own social media posts and write the captions myself. 
Brand awareness is fun to promote. When you are passionate about a place you want to see it succeed and do well. The Tavern has a special place in my heart and its a blast of an organization and bar/restaurant to be a part of. I implement marketing strategies through social media and represent the Tavern on South Shore on Instagram and on Facebook. Below are examples of the Instagram posts.
The Tavern is working really hard to get people in the door. It is fun and exciting to be a part of the work behind the specials and promotions offered at the Tavern. It is also fun to be behind the scenes developing them and making sure they are worthwhile. 
Supporting the locals is a huge step in creating brand awareness. Collaborating with local businesses will benefit both organizations which I find to be awesome. 
The Jimmy's was an event we did at the Tavern that we had to promote weeks in advance for. There were tickets designed, promotional posters, and sponsored advertisements like the one posted below. The photograph is by me.
